gift is more than a donation; it’s a commitment to the future of hospice
palliative care in the Waterloo Region. As a non-profit, charitable
organization (charitable registration #872749536RR0001) without religious
affiliation, Lisaard relies on a mix of government funding, the generosity
of the community-at-large and on our fund-raising events in order to
continue to offer care and support to our residents and their families.

Tax Receipts
Income
tax receipts are issued for all donations of $20.00 or more unless
requested. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for receipt delivery.
Donor
List Requests
For
next of kin interested in a list of donors made in memory of a resident,
please send an email
to Lisaard House requesting the specific list. Please note, Lisaard
House will release the list of donors to next of kin listed on file
at Lisaard House. For privacy reasons, we cannot release donor addresses.
